I was prepared for this thing to be a whole airport drama, but nope, my carry-on slid into the airline sizer just fine. Used it on two trips already and had zero gate issues. I went from suspicious to weirdly impressed fast

I’m happy with how smoothly these wheels roll. They feel great most of the time, which is such a relief. The only thing that gets a little frustrating is how loud they are on rough sidewalks, but overall they still do the job well

I picked up this Briggs & Riley bag mainly for work travel, and I assumed it would be like most carry-ons where you start running out of space faster than expected. But the packing room surprised me right away.
I can usually get 4 or 5 days of clothes in there, plus shoes, my laptop gear, and the random extras I always end up bringing. I kept expecting to have to sit on it to zip it closed, but so far there’s still been room. The compartments help a lot too, since my stuff doesn’t turn into a pile by the time I get where I’m going.
It’s definitely not a cheap bag, and I assumed I’d second-guess the price a bit, but after using it, I’m really happy with it. It fits a ton, packs easily, and just makes trips feel less annoying. I’d buy it again.

The moment I picked it up, I was like, okay, this is not some flimsy little thing. The material feels seriously solid, like it was made to take a beating and keep going. It just feels tough, sturdy, and really well made.

It did help compress things a bit, so I’ll give it that. My clothes still shifted around more than I expected, though, so it’s not exactly a game-changer. Works okay, just not amazing...

The whole process was simple, the bag came back clean and repaired, and there was no hassle at all. I was especially relieved because I had a trip coming up soon after, so the timing worked out perfectly

It’s got a few scuffs here and there, but nothing that bothers me. Expected. The price was definitely high, but so far the durability has made it feel worth it.

It’s not too heavy at all!!! I can carry it around easily, and that’s exactly what I needed!!

I grabbed this Briggs & Riley mostly because I was done with suitcase handles that wobble like they’re about to quit.

The telescoping handle is easily my favorite part. Pulls up smooth, clicks in fast, stays steady even when I’m speed-walking through the airport. Solid, not bulky.

After a few months, still feels new. Tiny detail, big difference. Travel’s annoying enough, so I’m glad this part just works.

It wasn’t the cheapest option, but I’ve had it for years and it still rolls smoothly. Because it’s held up so well, I feel like the extra money was totally worth it.
